This was followed by vA4 (AGESA 1.0.0.3abba), which corrected CPU behavior to ensure Ryzen 3000 processors achieved their advertised boost clock frequencies. System boot times and NVMe device compatibility were significantly improved in vA5 via AGESA 1.0.0.4 Patch B, while vA8 fixed HDMI audio signal loss on Radeon RX 570 GPUs. The foundational phase concluded with vAB (AGESA 1.1.0.0 Patch C), which prepared the architecture for Ryzen 5000 series processors.

Feature Maturity & Hardware Support

Mid-cycle updates introduced critical performance features and resolved persistent connectivity issues. The high-severity Sinkclose SMM lock bypass was resolved in vAP1[Beta] via AGESA 1.2.0.Cc.
