The initial release F1 establishes platform stability using the mature AGESA ComboV1 1.0.0.6 codebase. Update F61 transitions the firmware to the ComboV2 architecture (AGESA 1.2.0.0), enabling full support for Ryzen 5000 and 4000 series processors and introducing Smart Access Memory (Resizable BAR) to optimize CPU-to-GPU data transfer. Compatibility is further expanded in version F62, which integrates AGESA 1.2.0.3 B to support Ryzen 5000 G-Series APUs.

Update F63 upgrades the core to AGESA 1.2.0.5 and implements Capsule BIOS protection, while simultaneously enabling fTPM by default to meet Windows 11 requirements. Version F64a introduces AGESA 1.2.0.6 B to officially support the Ryzen 7 5800X3D and restores the Max CPU Boost Clock Override feature for Vermeer processors. Subsequent release F64 updates to AGESA 1.2.0.7, resolving the widespread fTPM Stuttering latency issue affecting Windows environments. Performance tuning concludes in version F65 (AGESA 1.2.0.8), which optimizes Ryzen 7 5800X3D operations and patches download assistant vulnerabilities identified by Eclypsium Research.

Critical Security & Power Management

Firmware F67 integrates AGESA 1.2.0.B to mitigate the Inception side-channel vulnerability and patches the LogoFAIL image parsing exploit. Update F68d incorporates AGESA 1.2.0.Cc to resolve the high-severity Sinkclose vulnerability (SMM Lock Bypass). Version F68g (AGESA 1.2.0.E) addresses the microcode signature verification flaw CVE-2024-36347. Finally, versions F68h through F68 deploy AGESA 1.2.0.F, updating the TPM firmware to fix the out-of-bounds read vulnerability CVE-2025-2884 across Raven2, Picasso, Cezanne, Vermeer, and Renoir architectures.
