The platform lifecycle began with the initial release in v0216, followed immediately by v1028 which stabilized support for high-capacity memory modules to ensure reliable operation with dense DIMM configurations. A critical architectural update was introduced in v1065, which integrated AGESA 1.2.0.3e. This version prepares the system for upcoming CPU models and patches the TPM Out-of-Bounds Read vulnerability (CVE-2025-2884), while also refining voltage safety limits for X3D series processors. Due to significant security changes in the firmware structure, v1065 implements a rollback restriction that prevents reverting to previous BIOS versions.

Performance Tuning & Latest Features

Mid-cycle updates focused on expanding system capabilities, with v1078 (AGESA 1.2.0.3f) enhancing overclocking support and general device compatibility. Continued optimization in v1087 updated the core logic to AGESA 1.2.0.3g. The most recent major feature update, v1402, transitions the firmware to AGESA 1.2.7.0. This release updates the PSP firmware and improves USB compatibility to enable support for next-generation 2026 processors.
