Following the initial platform launch in v1.13, firmware development focused on stabilizing the Intel Core Ultra architecture through targeted microcode interventions. Version v1.15 integrates Microcode 0x114, which corrects Processor Power Management (PPM) logic to resolve frame-time spikes and latency issues, while simultaneously updating the Management Engine (ME) and GOP. Memory subsystem capabilities were significantly expanded in v1.17, which adopts Microcode 0x117 to enhance signal integrity for high-speed CUDIMM DDR5 modules and enable the DLRM power-saving state, alongside support for Intel Maintenance Release 1 (MR1).

Performance Tuning & Latest Features

Subsequent updates prioritize peripheral compatibility and readiness for next-generation hardware. Version v3.01[Beta] addresses specific interoperability conflicts with Bluetooth audio devices and refines memory training algorithms. Major architectural maintenance occurs in v3.10, which upgrades the Intel ME to version 19.0.5.2018 and implements Microcode 0x11A within the Maintenance Release 4 (MR4) framework. The development cycle culminates in v3.12, which updates core firmware definitions to enable support for upcoming processor steppings, reinforcing the general system stability optimizations introduced in v3.11.
